Dr. Orth is known for his ability to diagnose more difficult cases especially related to spinal, shoulder, hip and knee conditions.  He has grown his practice from a sole-practitioner to having multiple doctors in multiple clinics in both North Dakota and Minnesota. He has coached and trained doctors across the country and has over a half-dozen doctors right here in the area that have trained with him and are in practice today.

Over the years his clinics have won multiple awards for performance and achievement and he continues to pursue the most effective and up-to-date methods of treating patients without the use of drugs and surgery.  He has helped to start local wellness programs in area businesses and his clinics perform multiple community events each month.

Dr. Orth grew up locally in Horace and still resides in the area with his three children.  He graduated with a Pre-Medicine degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead with the intention of going to medical school.  During college he also worked as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and it was his love of health, nutrition and human performance that eventually led him to study chiropractic at Northwestern – a highly respected school for Fargo chiropractors.

When not working he will be spending time with his family, preferably outdoors and by water.  If he isn’t hanging out with family he will likely be reading, studying or tuning-up his 1967 Dodge Coronet 500.  Active in his church he has started a local men’s group and works to help people create a better life for themselves.

BTG was started with the mission to Bridge the Gap between organizational vision and reality.  I’m passionate about helping companies, teams and individuals be successful and deliver value.  My commitment is to help simplify the complex.

At the end of the day, I call myself a “Helper.”

My Values Include:

  • Create More Value Than I Capture – I help companies deliver their big, audacious goals that allow them to grow.  I’m here to create far greater value than I capture in compensation.
  • Harness the Power of Teams to Color Outside the Lines – sometimes a situation requires we look at alternatives to solve complex problems.  Harness the collective wisdom and power of the team to color outside the lines.
  • Communication is My Customer Service – and it’s market driven!  I communicate frequently, clearly, and honestly with our clients and teams.  I’m not afraid to have tough conversations and will offer options whenever possible.
  • Be Better, Not Bigger – The question I ask is, what can I do to make my business better?  By asking this instead of how I can grow my business larger, I focus on my client’s success and ensure they are meeting their strategic goals and maximize value.  I’m usually the quiet one who’s internally motivated to make a difference without shouting!
  • Keep Agile at All Times – processes are great for consistency and repeatability.  However, they are not unbreakable rules to be followed.  Processes are tailored to each company and team, understanding organizational agility and process flexibility are critical to ever-evolving business landscapes.

Greetings friend, my name is Jaymes O’Pheron.

Yep, Jaymes with a wye– or as I like to say – Jaymes with a why. “Why” is one of my favorite questions, and Iʼm an expert in asking questions.

I started out as a freelance web developer, though. I was good at it; I enjoyed the intellectual challenge. But I found myself burning out. In the process of exploring why and resolving the underlying issues, I discovered a passion for helping other nerds not kill themselves. As I gained experience, I found myself gravitating towards coaching other developers and helping them develop their skills more effectively. I particularly found satisfaction in leveraging my experience working 100% remotely and my communication expertise to help others make authentic connections online, even outside my industry.

Similarly, in my obsession (my wife might say addiction) with Toastmasters I’ve found myself gaining more fulfillment and satisfaction from coaching other speakers than from doing speeches myself — despite the fact that I love giving speeches. I also volunteer a great deal with and help lead addiction and recovery ministries, and then draw from that and my own experience with recovery to constantly help those around me.

When I realized all these things, it clicked for me, and I discovered that while web development was what I did, coaching is who I am. Now, I’m pivoting my focus from being a web developer to serving web developers, other remote professionals, and hybrid communities. There is a huge need right now with digital burnout on the rise and soft skills becoming not only a necessary edge in competitive markets but also becoming increasingly critical for survival. Depression is not just lost productivity.

So let me ask you a question.

How are you doing? Really doing? (‘Fine’ doesnʼt count. In all my experience, I have never encountered someone who was purely, truly, just ‘fine.’)

Do you want to do better? Let’s talk about hope, solutions, and your future.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you. 🙂
