Tim Eissinger is the Chief Executive Officer for the Anne Carlsen Center, serving over 4,000 individuals and leading an organization of 700 team members  across North Dakota and western Minnesota.

Tim spent 3 years as COO at Anne Carlsen Center, before moving into the CEO position in 2017. He is a life-long North Dakotan and has over 35 years in the non-profit sector. Prior to Anne Carlsen, Tim held numerous roles, from House Parent to Vice-President, with Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch, from 1983 to 2015. He is known as a servant leader, a trust builder, and a leader with a talent for approaching problems from multiple points of view.

Tim resides in Fargo with his wife, Becky, and has two grown daughters. In his limited spare time, he likes to build his own computers and has produced computer graphics and animations which have aired on networks such as the History Channel, Discovery Health and PBS.

In 1972 Bill joined the US Navy, retiring nearly 25yrs later as a Lieutenant Commander, having served aboard 7 different ships, including the USS Kitty Hawk as an Electronics Material Officer. 

In 2005, Bill founded Total Imaging, LLC, “providing high quality specialty advertising products that brand and market our client’s business.” In 2016, he added Rapid Refill Ink to their business service offerings. Rapid Refill is a total print solutions provider for consumers, businesses, educators and community organizations.

Bill has been a continuous member of the Wednesday Morning Originals Chapter of BNI in Fargo Since February 2005. He currently serves as a Board Member for Bonanzaville and is also active with local veterans organizations, including the American Legion, VFW, and Vietnam Veterans of America.

I grew up in Detroit Lakes, MN, where I was active in sports, hunting, summer and winter activities. I have been in the FM area for over 20 years and so happy to be apart of this thriving community.
