Our 2025 schedule is structured around 4 key pillars, each guiding 1 quarter of the year.
- Q1: Mentorship will focus on fostering relationships that accelerate personal and professional growth, highlighting the power of cross-industry insights and experienced guidance.
- Q2: Investorship will explore strategic investment opportunities, from financial markets to business ventures, empowering members with the knowledge to grow and diversify their portfolios.
- Q3: Leadership will center on innovative and resilient leadership practices, encouraging members to enhance their abilities to lead in dynamic environments.
- Q4: Entrepreneurship will emphasize the entrepreneurial mindset, sharing strategies for starting, scaling, and sustaining successful ventures.
Each quarter’s events will offer valuable insights, solutions and takeaways to drive both individual and organizational success.
Although most events are private, each month will host 1 premiere event, open to both Members and non-members of the Club.
“SOLUTIONS” is a private weekly roundtable exclusively designed for Executives’ Club Members to tackle specific business challenges and uncover new strategies.
Set in a relaxed atmosphere, (over cocktails, if you choose, coffee, if you prefer), Club Members come together to share their experiences, offer insights, and gain from the collective wisdom of the group. It’s a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, build connections, and find practical solutions to your leadership and business hurdles. It doesn’t have to be lonely at the top.

The M&A Collective (Momentum & Accountability) is an exclusive, high-impact group within The Executives Club Fargo-Moorhead, designed for business leaders who are serious about building momentum and staying accountable in both their personal and professional lives.
Each January, participants in The M&A Collective will identify 4 goals for the upcoming year. These can be personal, professional or company-related. Members will then meet, collaborate, motivate and work to hold themselves and each other accountable for achieving those goals.
The M&A Collective is a powerful platform for those who understand that the key to sustained success lies in the strength of the network around them.
