Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) were created in 1980 with a simple goal in mind: to help small businesses start, grow, and succeed.
The West Central Minnesota Small Business Development Center

We serve businesses in Becker, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, Stevens, Traverse, and Wilkin Counties.
The WC MN SBDC is a public and private partnership supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), and local partners.

Meet Ian
Co-Founder, The Giver, since 2021
Business Coach and Fractional Integrator, The GREATEST Game, since 2018
I dream of a business world where great power and great responsibility go hand in hand, where corporate social responsibility is a strategy not a hindsight. My purpose in this is simply to empower businesses to do business better, be better corporate citizens in their day-to-day supporting cause(s) they care about.
My business is working smarter, not harder, to build better businesses. My customers are those growth-minded entrepreneurs who are serious about taking their business to the next level – whatever that means to them. I work with these entrepreneurs and business leaders to get unstuck and stay on track with their business strategies.
I meet them where they’re at to create a roadmap and build everyday practices around communication, measurements, goals, and roles, so they have accountability to their vision. I do this with a combination of coaching & advising to help them work ON the business. As an integrator, I work with them on the heavy lift of working IN their business.
While each business is different, some may not be ready for a full-time Integrator, that’s where a “Fractional” Integrator can bring high value to your team. This could be a part-time or contract role that stays laser focused on helping you get to the next level.
