Off the Record with Kimberly: Where to Begin?

A Private Executive Roundtable on Launching with Purpose
Date: Wednesday, June 4
Time: 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Location: The Porch at Porter Creek Hardwood Grill

Building a new brand.

After two decades with Chick-fil-A — including seven years as an Owner/Operator — Kimberly Flamm is stepping into something new: coaching and consulting with the same kind of leaders she once stood beside.

She’s certified in Working Genius. She knows the Operator world inside and out. But now, she’s asking a question that may sound familiar to many of us:

“Where should I begin? At what angle should I launch my coaching career?”

This month’s Off the Record lunch is your chance to sit down with Kimberly and weigh in — not as an audience, but as fellow Executives who’ve navigated similar terrain. She’ll briefly share her story, and then open the floor to your experience, ideas, and candid questions.

What Kimberly Brings to the Table:

Kimberly Flamm has 20 years of experience with Chick-fil-A, including:

  • Opening and establishing new markets
  • Leading in the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program
  • Running two locations as an Owner/Operator
  • Serving in the multi-unit selection and interviewing process

She brings deep insight into high-level leadership, organizational culture, and the day-to-day pressure of excellence — all while raising a family. Her coaching approach blends business acumen, personal discipline, and a desire to help others reach their full potential.

What She’s Looking For From You:

This session will focus on mutual dialogue. Some questions on the table:

  • What does a successful coaching business start with: clarity, niche, proof of concept, or relationships?
  • How would you use something like Working Genius in today’s leadership environment?
  • What angles do you see Kimberly uniquely positioned to pursue that she might not see herself?
  • What should she avoid or watch out for as she launches?

Bring your honest questions. Your past pivots. Your own blind spots.

Kimberly’s not pitching anything — she’s inviting perspective, and offering the same in return.

Space is limited for this private discussion. RSVP now to reserve your seat at the table.
