Kimberly has accumulated seven years of experience as an Owner/Operator and twenty years with Chick-fil-A, where her contributions include successfully establishing the Chick-fil-A brand in new markets, participating in the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program, and engaging in the multi-unit interviewing and selection process for her second location. With her extensive experience as an Owner/Operator, Kimberly understands the leadership skills and organizational strategies necessary to operate at a high level while balancing her responsibilities as a mother and wife. Driven by her strong passion for excellence, Kimberly’s coaching approach emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of the business owner’s role and focuses on motivating her clients to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. Kimberly firmly believes that consistent discipline enables individuals to achieve remarkable success.
In her personal life, Kimberly is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, the spouse of Seth, and the mother of five beautiful children. She enjoys crafts with her young children, spending time outdoors in pleasant weather, enjoying leisure days on the lake, and relishing the joyful moments within her bustling household. Kimberly and her family reside in Fargo, North Dakota.
