I have had the pleasure of leading Chambers/Economic Development organizations for the last 20 years. I have spent my professional career facilitating complex situations, leveraging relationships and resources toward a common goal, influencing decision makers, effectively creating and delivering communications to diverse stakeholders, assessing current landscape, developing strategies for success and effectively implementing change.
I am a life-longer learner that strives for continual improvement, transformation and excellence. I lead with insatiable energy, an open mind, and captivating courage. Areas of strength for me are external and community affairs, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships and collaborations, fund development and stakeholder engagement, inclusive strategy development and leadership development.
My strongest skills are leading and empowering a team, establishing collaborations and relationships, interpersonal communications, community affairs and public relations, public speaking and presentations, organizational management, relationship building, developing solution-based strategies, and creating and implementing dynamic vision.
