Unscripted: Foundations

February 4 @ 12:00 pm 1:30 pm

(RSVP @ our private FB group)

Before you add anything more in 2026, it’s worth asking what your business is standing on today. This discussion isn’t about starting over—it’s about facing what’s already in place.

Lunch Discussion Prompts — Foundations

1. “Am I building on clarity—or just momentum?”
Most businesses can point to growth. Few can clearly explain why it’s happening or what actually drives it. Where has momentum masked confusion, weak decisions, or untested assumptions—and where has real clarity made execution easier?

2. “What would a clear-eyed outsider question immediately about how you operate?”
If someone with no history, loyalty, or blind spots walked through your business tomorrow, what would they question first? What would they see that you’ve learned to overlook—or learned to justify?

What’s one area where slowing down would actually strengthen the foundation of your business?

Join this unscripted discussion.

  • Likely, we’ve all watched it (it’s 15 yrs old, after all) – but a great reminder video to keep in your youtube library and a good one to start any new year and tie in with our discussion about strong foundations.

These lunches are not presentations. The topics are simply conversation starters…nudges.

There is no stage, no slides, and no expert at the front of the room. Each gathering is an open forum built around one foundational business topic—led by the Executives’ Club Members in the room.

This is where executives speak candidly, tell real stories, test assumptions, and ask the questions they don’t get to ask anywhere else. The value comes from shared experience, hard-earned perspective, and the willingness to engage honestly with peers who understand the weight of leadership.
