About Us:
Maddie Craig founded Blue Cypher Bookkeeping in 2019 with a mission to make financial management simpler and less stressful for small business owners and nonprofits. While working as a grants manager for a private foundation, she supported hundreds of grant recipients and saw firsthand how clear, organized financials helped organizations thrive and utilize their funds efficiently.
What most people find tedious or overwhelming, Maddie finds deeply rewarding. She’s passionate about helping her clients make sense of their finances, stay organized, and focus on what matters most. Maddie takes pride in being more than just a bookkeeper—she’s a trusted partner who cares about her clients’ success as much as they do.
While Maddie is based in Fargo, ND, she and her team work remotely with clients all across the U.S., giving them a bookkeeper “in their corner” they can trust year-round. Known for her approachable style and attention to detail, Maddie aims to provide a safe space and judgement-free zone where every client can come as they are and receive the support they need.
When not crunching numbers, Maddie enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring Fargo’s local spots, and sharing good food with friends and family. A well-balanced life is just as important as well-balanced books!
