Bev is an experienced Executive Board Member with a demonstrated history of working in the philanthropy and non-profit industries. Most recently, Bev brought her talents to Fargo’s New Life Center as Senior Donor Relations Manager from 2019 to 2024, until retiring to Grand Forks to be closer to family. 
After graduating from UND, she returned to Grafton and learned the potato brokerage business from her father and was one of few female potato brokers in the state in the 1980’s. She then had a long career in education, teaching music at Grafton Schools.
In 2015 she moved to Fargo to continue her 20-year role as CEO of the Boone Charitable Foundation. The Boone Charitable Foundation donates to many non-profit organizations throughout the region.
Residing in Grand Forks, she still continues her role with the Boone Charitable Foundation and other philanthropic endeavors.
