Since April 2019, FM Aerial & Movement Arts has offered aerial classes for the community to take part in. As the studio and variety of classes have evolved over the years, Owner Yvette Reyes has pushed through various challenges to continue her goal of offering a space for people to come and have support, community and fun.

FM Aerial & Movement Arts has and continues to grow in the community under Yvette’s leadership, but she accounts a lot of that to different mentors and friends along the way. The first time she visited the studio (that she now owns), she was a 20-year-old, fresh graduate from welding school, attending a pole class in 2016.

I create opportunities for people in the area to explore different styles of movement such as pole dance and aerial arts. The focus is to increase body awareness and appreciation facilitated through small group interactions. We believe movement is an art, and to dance is to enhance quality of life.

Over my career I have served as a CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, and all the fun EIEIOs of an executive team in organizations from small startups to multi-billion dollar enterprises. Today I give back by helping others grow and learn to become whatever they dream to be.

Founded in 2022, Bisblox Vision is a question: How might we help others succeed?

Bisblox guides you through the “Business Blocks” necessary to help your company reach your goals.

Whether you are a startup or a fully mature organization, our Venture Studio model will help you to improve your run-operations, grow your revenue, or transform your business.

We can help you improve and deliver real results.

Shawn Riley assumed the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the State of North Dakota Information Technology Department in April 2017 after being appointed by Gov. Doug Burgum. Shawn had served in IT leadership positions for the previous 22 years, where he’s demonstrated the ability to transform organizations through the use of technology.

Earlier in his career, he consulted at IBM and other Fortune 500 companies nationally and internationally on network, system security and compliance, training, e-health, and e-business projects. From 2004 to 2017, he worked for Mayo Clinic in numerous roles, including regional roles as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Information Management Officer.

Shawn and his wife, Michelle, have three children. In his off hours, Shawn enjoys being a history interpreter and competitive marksman. You may find him out in full costume as a colonial soldier telling the stories of the American Revolution.
