Tim supervises the overall operation, growth and development of the foundation. He works with new and current donors and their advisors to create solutions that satisfy the donors’ philanthropic desires and the community’s needs. Tim is a native of Fargo, graduating from NDSU in 1971 and UND School of Law in 1974. For more than twenty years, Tim was in banking, managing trust departments in five communities including two separate departments in the Fargo Moorhead area. Most recently, he and his wife, Joan, owned a small local retail business.

As Development Officer, Greg is responsible for developing new and existing funds. He oversees donor relations and services. Greg joined the FM Area Foundation in 2014. He previously served as Administrator of the Emergency Food Pantry of Fargo-Moorhead and Executive Director of the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center of Fargo-Moorhead. From 1988 to 2005, he served as the Sales and Marketing Manager of Red Flag Green Flag Resources. Greg has served on the United Way Cass Clay Campaign Cabinet and is a past board member of the North Dakota Alliance for Children’s Justice and Prevent Child Abuse North Dakota. He’s also the founder of the Red River Men’s Action Network.
